Made-to-order items require 7-10 business days for crafting

3. Pricing & Payment

Pricing:

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR)
Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice
The price at the time of order confirmation will be honored
Making charges are clearly mentioned on product pages

Payment Methods:

We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and EMI options
All payments are processed through secure payment gateways (Razorpay/similar)
Payment must be received in full before order processing
We do not store your payment information

4. Orders & Confirmation

Order Process:

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order
Order confirmation will be sent via email after payment verification
You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped

Order Cancellation:

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if not yet processed
Made-to-order or custom items cannot be cancelled once production begins
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India only (no international shipping currently)
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
Delays due to courier issues, natural disasters, or government restrictions are beyond our control
Signature is mandatory at delivery for security

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items
Items must be unworn, undamaged, with original packaging and certificates
Custom/made-to-order items are non-returnable
